2. Information used for accounts and shopping

When you register, we process your name, email address, and password for account creation and authentication. You can also shop and place an order as a guest.

At checkout, we collect your email, recipient name, phone number, country, state or province, city, street address, and postal code as required by the address form.

We process cart selections, quantities, and selected currency to maintain your cart and prepare an order. Order records include the items, quantities, prices, currency, delivery details, and order and payment status.

3. How we use information

Account information is used to authenticate you and provide access to your account and order records. Cart and checkout information is used to prepare and record your purchase and support order handling. Payment references and results are used to match payments to orders and investigate payment problems.

Information you provide through our customer service email is used to understand and respond to your request.

4. Payments

Payments are handled through FuturePay’s external checkout. To create a payment session, we send your email, delivery country, order and payment identifiers, payment amount, currency, and the store information needed to return you to your order.

FuturePay collects the payment details required on its checkout. Our application does not collect or store your full payment card number or card security code. We record payment identifiers and results needed to reconcile your order.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This storefront uses necessary cookies for sign-in, cart access, guest order access, and currency selection. It does not currently enable analytics or advertising tracking.

If the store displays Cookie Preferences, the control saves the necessary-cookie preference in this browser’s local storage. It does not turn off cookies needed for shopping functions.

You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser. Clearing them may sign you out, reset shopping preferences, or prevent access to guest orders from that browser. Clearing browser data does not delete order records held by the store.

The external payment checkout may use its own browser storage under its privacy practices.

6. Information retention

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order, payment, and after-sales records are retained as needed for order fulfillment, dispute handling, and applicable tax and accounting requirements. Records that must be retained by law are not immediately deleted when a deletion request is made.
